MovingCOST.ai is an AI mobility planning platform operated by CLASSIC SPREAD INC. We help people plan smarter moves by comparing relocation costs, city living expenses, risks, and lifestyle fit.

2. What Data We Collect

Information you provide

Move details: origin city, destination city, move type (relocation, nomad, or comparing cities)
Profile information: household size, income range, lifestyle preferences, move timeline
Email address: collected only when you request your report to be sent
Optional notes: any free-text you add to personalise your plan

Automatically collected

Basic browser and device information (standard web server logs)
Session cookies to maintain your form state during your visit
General geographic region (not precise location)

We do not collect: government IDs, passport details, social security numbers, or precise financial account details.

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate your personalised AI mobility planning report
To send your report to the email address you provide
To improve the quality of our AI-generated planning content
To send occasional mobility tips if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payments)

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Anthropic / Claude AI

Your move details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your planning report. Anthropic processes this data to produce the report content. Their privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy.

Resend (Email Delivery)

Your email address and report content are passed to Resend to deliver your report to your inbox. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention

Form data (cities, preferences) is stored temporarily in your browser's localStorage and cleared after use
Email addresses used for report delivery are retained for up to 90 days for support purposes
Generated report content is not permanently stored on our servers after delivery
Payment records are maintained by Stripe per their own retention policies

6. Cookies

We use minimal session cookies to maintain your form state as you complete your plan. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Third-party services (Stripe, Google Fonts) may set their own cookies per their policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for email communications

8. Children's Privacy
